Partner With The Planned Giving Platform

Help more Australians leave a charitable legacy

The Planned Giving Platform connects experienced wills and estate planning solicitors with supporters of some of Australia’s most respected charities. Our mission is to make it easy, ethical, and professional for more Australians to leave a gift in their will.

We are currently recruiting solicitor firms in NSW and VIC to take part in a trial supported by five high-profile charity partners. Firms that join will receive client referrals, marketing exposure, and fixed-fee payment for each consultation which results in a completed will.

About the Founder

Led by a UK and Australian fundraising consultant with over two decades of experience, The Planned Giving Platform is grounded in global best practice. As the former Head of Legacy Giving at Cancer Research UK, I oversaw an annual legacy income exceeding £250 million, and developed one of the largest will-writing services in Europe. That service now facilitates 15,000 wills each year and generates c£25 million annually in realised income.

These types of solicitor partnerships helped increase the percentage of wills including a charity in the UK to 16%.

Now, imagine what we can achieve in Australia. Simply by asking, "Have you considered leaving a gift in your will to charity?" you can be part of a movement that could unlock an additional $1.6 billion every year for Australian causes.

This is a unique opportunity to shape a scalable, sector-wide solution for charitable wills in Australia. There is no cost to participate in the trial.
